Clear and transparent polydimethylsiloxane resin solution. When drying, it does not make any film. It does not change the surface natural appearance. Microporous, surface remains breathable. It protects from the penetration of rain water. After 7 days from application, it allows overcoating with an extensive range of finishing coats. A previous test is necessary in every case.
If applied up to saturation, it prevents the efflorescences that appear on façades due to capillarity in areas with contaminated groundwater levels and close to the ground.
It also helps to maintain façades free from dust and dirt.
