FIXATIVE UNDERCOAT H10

Water-based siloxane primer with high impregnation power. For indoor and outdoor application. Odourless. It allow the surface to breathe.
Fixative primer to seal surfaces which are highly absorbent, pulverulent, and with rests of previous paint in bad condition, highly burnt or with rests of old coats of low surface hardness, such as distemper paint, lime-based paints, plaster, etc.
It improves paint adhesion on support. Moreover it avoids unevenness in the final finish because of irregular absorption areas.
In outdoor application, it improves waterproofness and resistance to rain.
Especially suitable for plaster which is to be painted for the first time in order to ensure consistency of the future paint
coats.
