CHALK PAINT VARNISH

Water-based colourless and odourless matt varnish. It improves the resistance of the surfaces coated with TITAN Chalk Paint colours and alike. Transparent. Non-yellowing. Water-resistant once dry. Suitable as and adhesive and as final varnish for paper techniques, such as scrapbooking and découpage, which are widely used in shabby chic style. Neutral PH.
